After my accident a spent time on computer and it was HORRIBLE!!! After many months of not having a diagnosis my brain shut down from overstimulation from all the devices, plus cognitive strain, and stress. After I got diagnosis of PCS the neurologist made me withdraw from college and I then spent a few months with no computer, phone, and TV. And I thought I was going to go insane without, but it helped way more! I then learned many hobbies to do to keep myself occupied. Wish you the best:hug:Mia
