I am approaching 7 months and starting to see a bigger picture of all this. I am just 28 and my head sensitivity to motion and bumps is ridiculous. Frankly I am sick of my life revolving around head bumps and concussions. I have come to a point where I just let it be and let go of what I used to be. My family and doctors dont have a clue about what happening. I would have been in a better position to accept all this if I were 50 but at 28 my mobility is so restricted and god knows where I am heading towards. I dont stress or talk about it but I am deeply upset at life and god. Sorry if I hurt some sentiments

P.S. Yet another doctor ( a neurosurgeon this time ) denied the head sensitivity to motion symptom and told me its my anxiety which is magnifying my symptoms. He also told me that all my vague symptoms would largely subside in a year. I dont know how to react and what to make out of it

Your doctor is likely right when he said "told me its my anxiety which is magnifying my symptoms. " That does not mean the sensations are not real. Just that your anxiety magnifies them. This is because the injured brain struggles to ignore those subtle sensations that normally would be ignored.

It is difficult to learn to ignore these subtle symptoms but it can be done. I have been having miserable loud tinnitus lately including pulsatile tinnitus. It has been quite a challenge to ignore. I have a 'szhing' 'szhing' 'szhing' sound going constantly. I have used other sounds to focus on.

Add to that what I call a mud head ache and the days have been a challenge unless I have something else to focus on. I've been watching a lot of YouTube.

I hope you can find a way to ignore these symptoms.
