You have been given lots of good advice. Nobody has mentioned your neck. If you have tenderness at the bony part behind your ears, you may have an upper neck injury that is causing spasming muscles causing or increasing your headaches. Be careful with your reading. You do not want to increase your cognitive load (stressful). Read slowly and in a quiet location. Quiet rest is the most important part of recovery. Doing manual tasks often can help you feel busy without overtaxing the brain. btw, If you use the "Reply" button at the lower left, the previous post will not be quoted. Too much in the Post can make it difficult to process the comments. FYI To all, Using Texting abbreviations increases cognitive load as the brain needs to process and interpret the abbreviation before it can process the sentence. Many who are struggling with prolonged symptoms may find that if they put their smart phone or texting device away for a few weeks, their stress load will decrease and they may improve. Texting is an "instant information and reply" system that is definitely not calming and low stress. My best to you. ps, I tried to access the internet from my new home with NetZero Dial-up and was not able to connect. I'll have to rely on the connections at friends' and family's homes. Got moved in yesterday. Just back in town to return the rental truck.
