Hi Everyone! I haen't posted in awhile! I have been through a very very stressful summer! And surprisingly..my headaches have gotten better despite the stress! So it does get better! Exercise really helped me actually and vitamins.

Last week, however I decided to try Cellfood and since then my headaches have come back though the pain level has not been as bad as before! Has anyone had any experience with cell food? I thought that it would benefit my overall health in general..because it claims to supply oxygen to our cells! So now I have this light headache for a week since using cellfood! Any opinions greatly appreciated!

I have tried Cellfood, too. I think it's over-rated. A friend of mine swears by it, but it's never made me feel better - just a little weird. If it brings back your headaches, don't bother.
