Hey all I'm new to the forum, was diagnosed with PCS not too long ago and was wondering if it was common for energy levels to shift like for the past couple of weeks I've been depressed and just all around slow and now today all of sudden I've got this energy like its extremely high, is this common?

Hey,
Welcome to the forum. Yes, those are very common symptoms of PCS. Especially the low energy levels, depression, feeling overly emotional etc. I've experience the extreme highs are well, my advice to you is not to overdo exercise or whatever you're doing when you feel that high. Your body needs longer than you probably think to heal, and the worst thing is pushing it too hard when you feel better, only to suffer a setback. Good luck with everything, hopefully this helped a bit! Bas |
