Unhappy just hit head hard on solid concrete

i'm staying in a room with a sloped wall and walked into it, stupidly

it took a month to get over my concussion in june. three months later, i do it again? i could cry. seriously. my head hurts, saw white, low buzzing/ringing in ears...i know i have another concussion. the one i had in june was the worst thing ive ever been through.

i never wanted another. but so soon?

to make matters worse i just arrived in the czech republic. rest is not a possibility. i have to teach english

should i put ice on it? i am on my own in a foreign country. i am scared. i do not want another ct scan (radiation) though i do have insurance.

Having another concussion after you know that you've had one, can be very anxiety-producing. I have fallen (post concussion) and my anxiety brought on symptoms that looked like concussion symptoms. I had to be "talked down" by a trusted friend, before I could function normally again.

Get good rest when you can, eat right, and if you can have a regular schedule to normalize your new life, so much the better. Your brain just needs to recovery and possibly relearn a few things. Give it time. It can get better.
