Default Loss of Appetite and Concussion

Ever since my head injury (7 weeks ago) I've loss appetite and I'm losing weight quick. For some reason I'm only craving sweets now.I can't seem to enjoy the same foods I used to enjoy.

How are common are these? Are they really correlated?
