Default Excellent new TedTalk about mindfulness meditation :)

Meditation is something many people who suffers from pcs find extremely helpful, for me its a necessity.
If you haven't already tried mindfulness meditation or any other form of meditation I urge you to try it.
Its been proven beneficial for chronic pain by many medical studies, along with many other health benefits.
Also, any type of stress, depression or anxiety problems you have, will improve!

Hey Magnus,

I have found that meditation is extremely helpful for many, many psychological illnesses. It helps to relax and quieten the mind and to give it a chance to rest, this helps to strengthen and stabilize your emotions and mental health.

That was a great Ted Talks and I hope that you are still meditating.

Cheers

I am definetely continuing my practice of meditation. For me it really helps in keeping me from being lost in thought and staying calm. The first one was a big for me since i have never had as mutch free time as in the last year, and so my thinking would be mutch more in focus.

I am also doing much better in every front since the accident now 22 months ago. I go to school now which just a few months ago i was fearing never would happen.
My chances now for entering medschool is actually really high
Stay strong everyone, you have all helped me through what seem to be the biggest challenge of my life.

That sounds great Magnus! I am glad you are continuing your meditation and it sounds great that you can get into medschool!

I find meditation is the most helpful for me as it helps to relax my mind throughout the day and not get distracted nearly as often as many others.

Cheers, Luca
