Meditation is something many people who suffers from pcs find extremely helpful, for me its a necessity.
If you haven't already tried mindfulness meditation or any other form of meditation I urge you to try it. Its been proven beneficial for chronic pain by many medical studies, along with many other health benefits. Also, any type of stress, depression or anxiety problems you have, will improve! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzR62JJCMBQ |

Hey Magnus,
I have found that meditation is extremely helpful for many, many psychological illnesses. It helps to relax and quieten the mind and to give it a chance to rest, this helps to strengthen and stabilize your emotions and mental health. That was a great Ted Talks and I hope that you are still meditating. Cheers |

I find meditation is the most helpful for me as it helps to relax my mind throughout the day and not get distracted nearly as often as many others. Cheers, Luca |
