Default Update on my process / healing

I'm 90% healed now. My panic attacks are gone, I sleep better now (4-5 hours), my appetite is back, I'm gaining my weight back.

I still feel disoriented when I get out of bed. Before injury I used to feel fresh ( 8-10 yrs of sleep) when I woke up. I think that will go away with process

I feel much better compared to 2 months ago.

For those feeling hopeless - keep in mind that healing requires time and time requires patience. I was once in your shoes. Keep fighting.
