Default Meaning of blood found in CT/MRI?

Hello all.. I have another post that details my injury named 6 months post concussion... Im awfully confused about blood in the CT scan so any insight would be much appreciated..

During rugby another player fell on my head and i hit the ground pretty hard.. I got a CT scan the next day and it showed some blood on the back left side of my head.. The doctor said not to worry and its normal.. I would need 3 weeks of rest and all symptoms would clear up.. After 3 weeks i felt fine and began living normally again.. I drank (not often), exercised, and continued working with no issues... Fast forward 6 months and suddenly my symptoms have returned.. A new CT scan with contrast has shown blood in the same area of the brain.. I dont recall hitting my head.. Again he said not to worry and rest for a few weeks.. He even said drinking coffee and exercise was okay.. Im not planning to do either...

My question is that every time i search blood in CT scan i get information about Hemorrhage and contusions.. The information says that these are very serious and could lead to death or permanent disabilities... Am i searching the wrong thing?

All this research is making me feel very anxious.. Why are the doctors saying its no big deal while all the information i find says blood is a huge problem?

Blood would be a big problem if it was combined with serious neurological deficits. You appear to be fine. Looking for a bleed is done to try to find the cause of severe symptoms. Even your past symptoms were not severe. I bet that after seeing the blood the first time, the doctor told you to call him or go to an ER if your symptoms became worse.
