Default PCS 5 months what can I do?

I have had concussion symptoms for 5 months now, dizzy, clouded head, very hard to concentrate, i get aggrivated and angry when sympoms increase, which is not my nature... I have been recently getting very slowly able to do more...

computer and reading has been getting better but still hard... I get fustrated with many stimuli although shopping and driving are much better know.

Question: My family is going on a pre planed vacation by air to hawaii and we are trying to decide if this will be okay? we have a 5 year old boy...

I had a car accident, i was stopped and got hit from behind at 40 mph, my car flipped 3 times and landed on the roof, I was out for a bit but managed to get my self out of the car, no major injuries, but a bit of soft tissue with the neck and shoulders. I though I was lucky at the time getting away unscathed.
