Confused Advice?!

Hi all,

So about 4 months ago I fainted and hit my head causing a concussion.

Since then I have had several problems.
A friend of mine who suffered the same thing recommended these vitamins: biotin, women's once a day, calcium magnesium zinc, calcium, coq10, and b complex.

They seem to have been pretty beneficial, but I still am just not feeling right.
My vision seems sort of weird and I was wondering if anyone else had problems with that and who they saw regarding it?

The worst part is the anxiety and fear I have developed from all of this! I can hardly hang out with anyone and I used to be soooo social and even went to a huge college (UK) which I had to withdraw from because of my symptoms!

Any advice is totally appreciated!

Thanks!
