Default juicing and "glass bowl feeling"

I have started jucing today like the guy from "fat sick and nearly dead", along with the vitamins regiment.

I will share results in a few weeks, hopefully a little energy or mood increase at the least.

Secondly, my most feared symptom right now from the time i wake up til the time i lay down, i say lay down because i can no longer sleep despite medicine, is my head feeling like its in a different space, like a glass bowl where visual and spatially it is just not right.

It is extremely discouraging to live like this and if anyone has had this sensation fade with time i would be so happy to hear about it.

Thank you and god bless
