How much gabapentin and how long u take it? It can take a bit of messing with to get it right, from what I've read. It is WELL worth the hassle of trying it again IMHO.

Hubby benefits greatly from:
Zoloft (anti-depressant) helped with headaches to some degree, helps suppress the "sloshing / brain flips" he feels when moving
Gabapentin: 300mg day (100 x 3 daily) helps ALOT

When he does get a headache he can knock it back somewhat with a combination of Acetaminophen and aspirin.

Keep trying! Something will work!
