Smile Is this Post Concussion Syndrome I'm dealing with?

Hi everyone,
I am new here as of yesterday. I was hoping anyone with similiar symptoms could give me some advice. About three years ago I tripped and fell (pretty hard) on a heating vent. I didn't do anything about it because I didn't have any symptoms after the fact. However, for the past year now I have not been feeling ok. I am lightheaded all day everyday. Like I'm not getting the blood flow to the brain like I should be. My vision sometimes is blurry and hazy. My neck and head hurt only on the left side. Sometimes I have a hard time comprehending conversations. My gait is slow and my sleep is really messed up. I have been to doctors who tell me I am suffereing from anxiety. I have had an MRI done on my head and neck and the only thing that was found was a small cyst in the left side of my throat. Could these be signs of post concussion syndrome? If so, how does a doctor diagnose this? Are there other tests that can be performed to show if I do have this?
Thanks so much in advance!!!
