Default Assaulted twice in 1 night, 4 months later, slowly healing

Saturday night in July, finish work, call buddy, he says he is drinking in a park (**). I get there, somebody brings a 27 year old 6'2" 240lb fat **. i get super drunk, he gets in my face, i tell him to *******, and he punches me. too drunk to fight back, first punch knocked me on the ground. then i get up, sweating ****, and try to run into the bush to get away. he easily catches up (too drunk) and hits me down to the ground again. then he gets on top and does left/right for about 30 seconds until he is pulled off. his sister gets hit in the face as she is trying to get between us. two people pull him off. im knocked out for 20 minutes, then when i come to, i get up, and come at him once more. again, too drunk, wild haymaker (light training in mma, muay thai, krav, and boxing). he dodges and hits me for a third time onto the ground. native guy and his sister leaves. it's just the "buddy" who i called and a couple people. i ask "buddy" what happened. When you are post knockout plus super drunk you are disoriented, so I ask a couple more times. We get to the parking lot. He takes a swing out of the blue(****). i hit the ground, get up and attempt to defend myself. in my state, of course this isn't possible. struck to the ground 3-4 times, he hits me in the back of the head twice while I am down. Random girl walking on the sidewalk sees this and intervenes...calls cops. cops come...put in the drunk tank. get out of drunk tank next morning, nose is bent (perfect nose ruined). ask random guy on sidewalk for bus fare...he gives me a buck. bus to this ******** house, ask him to testify, and he wards me off with a bat saying no. drive myself to ER, useless doc says to get rest. See multiple doctors, finally get referral to rehabilitation program at the hospital. currently on waitlist. Had to drop out of this semester at uni, will be getting my money back. Had to take a week off work right after getting promoted to Senior Marketing Consultant. Sales were extremely low (2 the following week, compared to 25 week before concussion). Started to work half days.

try to press charges, cop asks for witnesses. None. he says case closed unless u bring me witnesses. ** useless cop.

A month later...Starting to feel better...get a moderate hit (no loss of consciousness) from this guy a month later in 1v1 fight. cops come. exacerbated symptoms.

September comes...time for school. No chance. Request Medical withdrawal, getting money back.

End of October, walked into a ******* tree branch. No loss of consciousness exacerbated symptoms.

Will be suing both. Currently awaiting reply from the cop when returns to office on Saturday if I can get in touch with the girl for witness.

About last week I started noticing left hand tremors, on top of the decreased motor coordination on left hand/arm.

Stay safe
