Severe sharp pains in your limbs? B-vitamins are super powerful. Dosage is huge. Too much and you can have some nasty symptoms. My heart was wonky from too much folate in my body.

They're great though in the right amounts. Necessary for me.

Hey bro. Had similar double concussion. Nothing working long term. Saw your other post re-diet. Wanted to chat and see what worked and didn’t.**
