Default Can Post Concussion Syndrome Come Back?

I was in a bad car accident about 2.5 years old.

I experience a concussion with memory loss and post concussion syndrome. After about 1 month, I returned to work. After 1.5 months, I returned full time.

After about six months, I felt pretty much normal. I have reoccurring classic migraines and a day here or there with brain fog.

I have fallen in the last month, two migraines in the last week, dizzy, nauseous, motion sickness (even when I am not moving), sensitivity to light, the words dance on the screen (made worse by using computer), and the prevailing feeling like a migraine could flare at any time.

My doctor thinks that I am nuts. Has anyone else dealt with post concussion syndrome coming back??? Is this even possible?
