Default Question about fish oil

How do you know if a fish oil is triglyceride form or ethel ester? It does not indicate on the bottle. I am using Jarrow High DHA and Vital Nutrients.

Thanks.

It should mention it on the label if it's a quality product.

I think labeling requires the ethyl esters be labeled, and the "natural" forms of triglycerides not. Ethyl esters cost more to make and therefore cost more to sell.

Ethyl esters are chemically synthetic and would perhaps need
that on the label. The RX Lovaza fish oil says "ethyl esters".
example:
https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=lovaza

I always suspected that the RX form was made this way so doctors would not recommend the natural forms available OTC.
Big Pharma always wants exclusivity.
