Default Hello travels

Hi there I am at the moment, on a coach going towards heathrow airport. From here it's on a plane and too South Africa I go. This is for several reasons. Firstly, I am going to swim in the Midmar mile. I'm probably being silly. I am just one year since my TBI. I have bad vision, bad balance and a lack of coordination but what the hell hey.

The next reason is my sons girlfriend is having a baby, so I will become a grandmother. Very exciting and a good reason to visit them.

My third reason is to pach all the rest of my belongings as I am going to become a permanent resident in uk.

What a year it's been. Not only got to get used to been brain injured I have had a divorce and moved continents. This has to be quite an achievement to accomplish. Well, at least I am trying.

The next time you read this, I will have hopefully swum the mile race. I am getting excellent sponsorship for Dorset headway, and I hope I will be an encouragement to other less fortunate people

Cheers, Debs
