Default Relapse!? Worried :(

Hello!

I'm new here and I have a question to all of you since you know so much about pcs and I don't..

I got my first concussion on oct 1st 2013, and I got a lot better in a few weeks. My second concussion happened on januari 21st of this year, but it was really a mild blow to the head but I had to go to the ER and I felt like crap. After a couple of weeks I felt quite good again, but on wednesday this week I decided to do some exercises, it's called TRE and you kind of shake out stress from your muscles, I guess my head did some shaking it shouldn't have and since then I have had constant nausea..I'm really worried, could I have damaged my brain by doing this? The nausea has gotten a little better today but it's still not gone, haven't thrown up or been dizzy or anything, just really tired and nauseaus. Reading is the worst, it makes me so nauseaus.. How long should I expect this to last, and is it advisable for me to go see a doctor, maybe even today?

Thanks for reading!
