Default fish oil and GI

does anyone have GI symptoms after taking fish oil? even fairly low doses seem to cause symptoms for me. if so, any tips on lessening the GI issues? .... i'd like to continue taking it.

Some people find changing to Krill oil helpful. You don't need high doses of Krill...as it is better absorbed. One extra strength capsule is usually enough for most people. MegaRed is pretty affordable at Costco...and they run $5.00 off coupons every 2-3 months too.

Taking fish oil with food, is also helpful.
