Default Six Mos Later - Two Questions

It has been six months since I fainted and fell backwards onto the garage floor, hitting the back of my head and getting a concussion. Two questions:

1 - Is it normal/common to still be sensitive to the touch, where my head hit the floor? It is a dull pain - manageable - but I'm surprised it hasn't healed yet. It sort of comes and goes, but seems to be getting worse not better.

2 - I have a new symptom, and that is, when I roll over from one side to the other while sleeping, I experience pretty extreme dizziness for about 10 seconds (always on the same side) - dizzy to the point of having pretty serious nausea.

I have a feeling these two issues may have sprung from trying to get back into yoga a couple of weeks ago - I don't think my head was ready for the movement. The first class was fine, but two days later I was only able to last 15 minutes, then I began getting very dizzy and had to leave. It was a vinyasa flow class.

Thanks for any insight.
