Default Newbie to ALL of this!

Readers Digest version because that is about all I can do... so feel free to ask questions to fill in the gaps...

Grew up playing soccer and as as swimmer... no known concussions growing up..

1-12-14 MVA, t-boned... thought I was fine... got out of the car... helped the girl who hit us... realized I may need to just "settle my nerves" when I was headed back from the rental car company and ran a few stop signs on the airport property and had to tell myself to focus... Went to work the next day... Ended up getting sick at my desk.. Went to the ER... confirmed concussion.. told me to go back to work in a few days...

Few days came and went and I was not doing any better... went to my GP... who put me on brain rest for a week... I did this... used noise canceling headphones and an eye mask from the time my husband and kids left until they got home... One week did not change anything.. one lead to 2, that lead to 3... after 3 I wanted to go back to work... that lasted 2.5 days... Got sick again and was pretty much back and ground zero...

Started propranlol, 60 mg, did this for 2 weeks, was not working was switched to topamax 200mg... was sent back to work again on 2-24... lasted 1.5 days... was told i was not making any sense when i was sending emails internally and externally...

comprehension went to the crapper, vertigo set in and this lovely headache will NOT go away... it has been 8 weeks since the accident... I am on Namenda XR now only... and in balance therapy.

I really want this headache to go away!!! i can not lay down to sleep there is so much pressure... any suggestions???
