I had my neuro appointment today and they did some really weird testing. They put a laser on the wall and had me look through a pair of glasses at it. They then would quickly move by head a bit to one side. Then back I Center, then to the right. I had to look at the dot the whole time.
I thought was was a bit too rough as it caused a brutal headache but does anyone know what they were testing for? |

I had a similar thing several times when I had Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy. Did you ask them to explain?

sounds a lot like a part of the VNG testing I had done. The Neurotolaryngologist
I saw did many many more. I was quite ill but it was the defining point of is it my eyes, ears, or brain causing my symptoms. |

those glasses in most cases have cameras in them and the way your eyes respond to the movements give them a lot of information.
