Default Sex question

This might be a quite personal subject, but I am really curious as to how you guys deal with this subject after a concussion..

I find that sexual activity of any form, by myself or with my partner sets of my symptoms really bad. Even if we take it really really slow I instantly get nauseaus afterwards and it stays with me for a few days. Maybe it is the rise in blood pressure or something that is too much for my brain to handle?

Is anyone having the same issues as me and how are you handling it? I have a hard time knowing when I am ready for anything more challening than my everyday slow walks, it seems like everytime I think I should try something more, another relapse happens. It has been two months since my latest concussion now.
