Default its a struggle

I have done my cervical MRI and have appointment with doctor to evaluate results at the end of May. As for my symptoms, they are better than a year ago, but have a headache which still fluctuates in intensity, still fair amount of brain fog, lightheaded and ringing/hissing in my ears. I know and accept I have damaged my brain even though nothing shows and doctors don't want to speculate without evidence, but I know I do. Anyway I have found a chiropractor with knowledge in the field of chiropractic neurology, through all my reading and research it seems this practice is what is required for brain injury treatment...so this doctor adjusts me, I also wear glasses with flashing lights and also follow a red dot on a computer for 10 minutes at a time. I still take my 100mg of zoloft daily and now down to 300mg a day of gabapentin from 900mg, hope I can manage...
