Welcome to NeuroTalk. Sorry to hear of your injury. What you are experiencing is quite normal. At 33, I bet you have suffered plenty of previous head dingers. These make it harder to recover, especially as we age. Many with prolonged concussion symptoms have undiagnosed and untreated upper neck injuries that make their concussion symptoms worse. Some gentle traction and massage/mobilization often helps. Feel free to tell us about any symptoms you are experiencing. Check out the Vitamins sticky at the top.
