Firstly I am pleased to report a 90% recovery in terms of how I feel since my accident in Aug 2012.
I have done vision therapy but still am not able to use a monitor without pain. I can read a book on a kindle with no headache problems... My convergence is apparently fine now. Has anyone else had this, I will describe it in as much detail as I can. When I look at a monitor/work on my computer I get a headache which is on the right hand side of my skull, eminating from the temple area and this spreads around this area of the head and into the jaw. If I can find a solution to this, to get me using a computer again at 90% capacity at least, I have a chance of getting my career back and earning a decent living again. The longer I use the computer the worse the pain gets, and the longer it takes to go, it also effects my balance a little when I stop. I hope there is some solution to this, the doctors don't have a clue what is going on and prescribed me all the usual drugs (beta blockers, topirimate, amytriptylene)... |
