Thank God I'm not alone here.....

I too have the Type-A guilt that I can never seem to get enough done or at times anything done. It's hard not to make the comparison of, I used to be able to do X,Y, and Z and still find time for Q, now I can barely start A.

It feels so lazy... but I can't help it...

When you think about it, "lazy" is the last thing we are. It's an enormous physical and mental effort to do the most mundane tasks. Whether I'm making toast, or taking a shower,I have to think about all the steps. Nothing is "autopilot" anymore. No wonder we feel burnt out.

staring

Hey I think Gail Denton talks about this in her book BrainLashed. -- good book by the way. She is a therapist and got PCS and wrote about her healing process. The chapters are short. She knows how our attnetion span goes.

Anyhow, I catch myself staring off or just standing around if I am in a new situation and I am unsure of what to do.

I think our brains are healing in the staring. I hope so anyhow.

Take care,
