I've recently starting using a punching bag for exercise and wanted to know if this exercise is jarring enough to cause brain injury in an otherwise healthy individual.
I hope that this is the correct forum for such a question and apologize in advance if it isn't. |

If you do not have a sensitivity to head jarring or impacts, I don't see how it could be a problem. Just don't let the bag snap back and hit you in the face.
