Thanks for the response (truly!). I'm taking a general multi, omega 3s, b-12 and b-complex, and tumeric, been on the routine for almost a month. I'll give L-tryptophan a try - when is it best to take it?

This makes tryptophan look somewhat scary - thoughts?

Read the article. The side-effects were the result of massive 5 to 10 gram doses. I suggest a 500 mgs dose 2 or 3 times a day, including one before bed. I was prescribed L-Tryptophan by my doctor.
