Default Prefrontal Cortex damage/anxiety

For those of you that suffer/suffered from anxiety, did you sustain a forehead injury? I just read an article stating that those who damage their prefrontal cortex are more likely to experience emotional changes. If you did, are you any better now? How far along in recovery are you? Thank you in advance; just curious as to whether or not this anxiety will ever get better!
