Default any suggestions for these horrible symptoms 7 years later

vivid dreams that even when not terrifying are very disturbing for some reason. severe body burning and head and neck pain upon waking. severe fatigue. Thank you in advance

Sounds like you need a sleep study. You may have sleep apnea. Your neck may need treatment. An inflamed upper neck can cause Central Sleep Apnea where the brain stops telling the diaphragm to take a breath.

The body burning can be a thyroid issue or blood sugar issue.

Are you taking any medications? Klonopin gave me some vivid, disturbing dreams.

Do you eat or drink anything before bed, like cheese...? Also, have you tried changing the height of your pillow one way or the other, just a thought.
