You brain will always have a concussion history. It never heals completely like a broken bone does. The weakness will always need to be considered. You can recover fully based on normal activity and stress levels. When stress levels and activity levels push limits, you will likely see some symptoms return.

Until you decide to be disciplined and take care of your brain, your recovery will be slow. Take care of your brain and you will most likely be fine.

There are no hard and fast answers. You need to learn to move forward and see how your recovery progresses.
