Has anyone successfully filed an employment ada claim for pcs?

Multiple injuries - here for support of mtbi, chronic headache and cognitive deficits.

Have you officially asked for ADA related accommodations ? What accommodations have you requested ?

I and my doctors had asked some basic ones - allow for more time to complete porojects. Limit multi-tasking etc..
