Default Weird smell from runny nose/ears

Past few days my ears have felt extremely full, almost like I have water in them. Very irritating. Also when I wake up in the am my nose is extremely runny, and I have to spend a little time spitting it out. Its usually clear with a tinge of blood in the am when I spit it out into the sink.

Past few days, specifically the morning, I randomly smell what I would describe as a very bad fart. Disgusting smelling. At first I thought it was the baby because I would be holding her when I smelt it. Past few days though ive smelt it when shes not even in the room.

A little while ago my nose started leaking and got into my beard. I quickly whiped it with a tissue, but noticed its all I could smell until I washed my face.

Any idea what this could be? Im not sick, and besides the pcs I feel ok. Im not sure if my head pressure is related, as in the first thing in the am when I get out of bed its usyally oretty bad.
