Default Sports to play post-PCS?

Been suffering from PCS for a very long time, I used to play extremely high level soccer, where heading is required, my neurologist said it might be fine but I am refusing to take that risk.

Boxing, hockey, football, and sport where head impacts are common is really out of the question for me.

Also, running still gives me a headache.

I am thinking of swimming, very low impact sport.

What about just lifting weights, body building?

I still have fairly mild symptoms, which may or may not be PCS related. They do not bother me.
