Have you had your neck checked?
To my knowledge, anxiety can also stem from neck injuries as well. My functional chiropractor had a bad concussion and neck injury himself. His upper neck vertebrae are in a position where he can't have adjustments made--they cause him panic attacks from cut off blood and oxygen supply. He also cannot run very often do to this same reaction. I'm not saying that your neck is causing your anxiety, but you talked about your spine hitting the wall. |
