Default why does my head hurt more when i lay down

also the back of my neck hurts more when I lay down . and they always feel very irritated for years like thy were rubbed on concrete and I get a dizzy rush back there when I stand up for years. no doctors have given a reason

I haven't a clue and I doubt anybody else does either.

Have you considered looking for a physiatrist to get checked out ?

I think you're right. it's about time to try something new after all these years. better than just staying home looking out the window.
