Default Light sensitivity & shortness of breathe

Hello all quick recap of my story since i cannot work long enough on the comptuter to make a signature, was a soccer player and i got 3 concussions in a year span with a bunch more of hits to my head afterward. I stayed in school for multiple reasons right or wrong the day after my 3rd concussion and i stayed for 6 months. I am now almost 8 months with PCS. Right now i am on one a day mens and i drink pomegranate juice every day and eat walnuts occasionally and eat a piece of dark chocolate a day. I tried way back to take krill oil but i was getting an anxiety like symptom with fast heart beating and weakness. My Dr. had me on nortriptyline but i did not like that and also wanted me to take magnesium 800mg and B2. The magnesium was giving me digestive problems so i stopped. I am also very light sensitive and must wear glasses all the time even in the house. I have some trouble sleeping but it has gotten better and i am sound sensitive.

I also have trouble moving my head around much without getting dizzy and this got worse when i went to physical therapy. Im not sure what they did but it was bad for me. I also lately have been getting a shortness of breath feeling with my blood pressure usually higher than normal. I feel like i need more oxygen and i cannot relax. I am anemic and i also have a deviated septum and my Dr. wants me to get the surgery but i am hesitant. Its a tough surgery plus i am not sure if it is safe. Cannot do much these days except get up, sit and rest during the day. I have trouble moving around a lot because i get dizzy.

I eat red meat pretty often but my breakfast is putrid. I eat cereal almost every morning but along the lines of frosted flakes and pebbles. I have seen an ophthalmologist for my eyes and he says eyes check out, i have an appt for an ENT dr. in august. I was scheduled for physical and occupational thpy but i do not think they are helping much. Anyone have a similar situation/symptoms? Or thoughts about what i could do to possibly help myself and what to do about the possibility of surgery. I have a neuro appt. real soon so the original plan needs improvements. Thanks
