I have an empty sella as well... if I knew for sure that the lumbar would help I would do it...

thanks for the encouragement y'all and Sarah, so sorry to hear about the trip to the ER, but happy to hear about the kind doctor. with the exception of the neurologist, my doctors/therapist/acupuncturists have been amazing and are keeping me going. i'm astounded at their care for me, and so grateful
