how do I get through my darkest days? I usually start by seeing if mark in Idaho is online and bug him with annoying questions After that I don't know. it will be a good discussion, as many of us have been there or are there and it can be scary. And I promise to keep my nervous lol's to myself as it is a very serious topic indeed.

Is it OK if I join you? I am caregiver for Joe and he is going through his darkest days yet - very scary. I do the typing on here for him since he is completely disabled from his multiple concussions. Unable to read or look at screens, even unable to talk or think for very long. It's a lonely place for him and also for me as his Mom and 24/7 caregiver.

Please do join us! It would be lovely to have you. It makes my heart sing to see how much you love your son. Thank you for giving him your care and support. I remember when I was not able to do anything for months. It was one of my darkest nights of the soul, indeed.

Heart Darkest Days

On the regular day I will sit outside on & off and watch for any spiritual signs birds, butterflies etc.

On the darkest days I will sit outside most of day and watch for spiritual signs, pray, meditate, take a short walk, walk barefoot on the grass to try to get grounded to the earth. I do this constant on the darkest day's. Sometimes it can be positive and sometimes I find myself grieving. I just try to connect to the Higher Power at all times.

Even though everyone else besides family has left me. I know the Higher Power will be with me and watch over me so I will never be alone spiritually.

Been having some dark days recently and today is not good as I'm in a lot of pain, but...when I can I go for a walk in nature and cry if I need to, get it all out I suppose and always feel better.

Try to think positive as not doing that makes it all worse.

I try to take a nap/sleep too.
