Default GROUP CHAT for this week (FORMAT CHANGE)

Not sure if people would be up for another group chat this week.

Regarding the current format we have, I think it is difficult for our injured brains to keep up if there are too many people in a chat room (as someone aptly pointed out).

I suggest that we have multiple chatrooms and keep the number of people to about 3 per chatroom. This way, the discussion will be more intimate and meaningful. Also, the topic can be decided by the people in a given chatroom as the most pressing issues are different for everyone.

Please let me know what you think. This is a trial and error process so if what I am suggesting does not work out, we can always change it!

There are already two chat rooms to use: "TBI and PCS" and " TBI & PCS ".

agreed on format change. i can't handle more than a person or two in chat mode, and should limit myself to 30 min. would suck to get a set back from a support group

not sure if i can make it this week. got invited to two parties, and CRAZILY, am considering showing up for like 10 minutes just to see how i do and get some hugs to milk for the lonelier days. we'll see though, new drugs Lexapro are giving me major headaches and fatigue.

Those remaining are fatigue, brain freezes/overstimulation, headaches, sensitivity to light and sound. Insomnia is getting better but still an issue, and appetite is ba-ack! Depression and anxiety are largely under control thanks to Lexapro, exercise, and a very distant light at the end of the tunnel.

Drugs: Lexapro, occasional 2-5mgs ambien. Off amatryptaline. Taking about 453 supplements.

Just started vision therapy, waiting on some blue-tinted prism glasses.

I was hoping to make it tonight, but I didn't get back in the house until 9pm... wouldn't matter anyhow, I still haven't figured out HOW to actually chat.

Wonder if in the summer time it would work better to have it a bit later on?
