Default Mornings are worse

While my brain is fresher after sleeping, my mood is the pits in the morning. perhaps b/c i awoke from blissful ignorance to face my life as it is right now....lonely, painful, limited...and did i mention lonely?

by noon the mood starts too lift and by evening its good again. glad i noticed this trend so i can take myself less seriously in the morning knowing i'll likely feel better later.
