Definitely notice when I'm tired I go in to a rage more, I shout and throw things, it does feel like it's not me and sometimes when I'm doing it i'm thinking calm down!! but can't until it's run it's course.

One little thing can set me off, my favorite cup is not where it should be, a towel on the floor...

When I feel it coming on and others are around me I try to get by myself and stay quiet and it will pass...while fuming inside for a while...if something/somebody really triggers me though all bets are off unfortunately.

Glad i'm not alone with this but sorry we are all going through it.

Yup, its annoying. I wish I could say I fully have it under control, but I do not. I do try to take a step back when it happens though, and that usually helps.

For me, I don't think there are any early signs.

My husband describes it as a switch just flips. One minute I'm ok and the next I'm not. Its not like a series of things that sets off a slow boil and suddenly erupts. I'm just suddenly angry. And its usually one thing that sets me off.

I go from 0 to 60 in one breath. And it often seems to depend on the day and how tired i am and how stressed I am.

The same "event" could happen on 2 separate days and one day it could send me into an absolute upset and the other day it wouldn't.

I still have my collection of empty boxes that I pile up and kick when I'm particularly angry. Its ever so satisfying and harmless and quickly gets rid of that adrenalin build up and often after a few good kicks and watching them go flying I end up laughing and feeling pretty good.

My husband has always thought my box kicking is weird, but a couple months ago, he came home from work after a really bad day, I went outside and set up the boxes and came back in and took him out and he said "I'm not doing it, its silly"... I told him to try it... so he tried it a little... and then tried it harder and gave them a few good ones and we both ended up laughing. He gets it now Very funny to watch boxes fly through the air! (We have no neighbours, so that helps! )
