Hi Will,
Can I ask what reading difficulties you're having? Last year I couldn't read as the words looked like they were bouncing around, plus had headaches and pressure behind my eyes. Went to therapy for that and she had me do exercises at home, I had letters on either side of a wall and had to turn my head to look at each letter making sure my eyes were on the letter, it really helped, but maybe that's not what you mean? I was told there is therapy for the memory issues which I have to ask my Dr about next time as I need to do that, they teach you coping skills i'm told. Foggy brain...don't know, hopefully someone will chime in on that one, I am 17 months from my accident and the brain fog is not as bad, comes and goes. I'm with Mark too with the sleep, need plenty of it, not getting it right now and can feel a difference. And Mark, how come Will and Hockey get terrifying letters and I don't??!! lol just kidding! |
