Default vision therapy

hi y'all,
quick question. my vision problems are relatively mild but the exercises the neuro-chiro has me doing to "quiet" some area of my brain that is overstimulated (noise, light, action) has me wondering whether i would benefit from vision therapy. Vision issues are basically: light sensitivity, delayed focusing on moving objects...hard to describe, but if i read a few pages, while turning the page my right eye feels like it rolls. it doesn't, but it feels like it. moving things on screens and children are nightmares.

thoughts on whether i'd benefit? thoughts on what sorta doctor/narrow specialty to look for (and hope i have it in my small town)?

thank you! well and on a brighter note a week ago i was hating, HATING, hating life. now i'm nitpicking about my eyes. i'll call that progress, climbing out of set back holes is rough.

Those remaining are fatigue, brain freezes/overstimulation, headaches, sensitivity to light and sound. Insomnia is getting better but still an issue, and appetite is ba-ack! Depression and anxiety are largely under control thanks to Lexapro, exercise, and a very distant light at the end of the tunnel.

Drugs: Lexapro, occasional 2-5mgs ambien. Off amatryptaline. Taking about 453 supplements.

Just started vision therapy, waiting on some blue-tinted prism glasses.
