Default some hope for you. 2.5 years post concussed

i havent posted in like a year i think. check my history but i was BAD. its now been 2.5 years from my BAD concussion and i have no remaining symptoms

i feel great and have been back to my life which seems like forever now. i dont even remember having a concussion only when i try to remember it

i was in a rut before never thinking was getting out but it took time.

i think its safe to say major concussions take 2 years to go away.

my life is back to normal and yours will to you. the way to do that is go on with life and be healthy and it will fall into place

i wasnt going to post here again but i thought about this forum which gave me SO MUCH insight so im giving an update

stay strong it will get better
