Default Sensation of bobbing up and down

Wow this just hit me. Perhaps from eating right before bed? Blueberries, avocado, almonds, sardines. These symptoms suck.

I get these type of symptoms, like being on a boat, as a precursor to migraines. I have had daily migraines since my head injury, but not before. Maybe its a sign that you are starting to get overwhelmed?
Best of luck!
